CAMP DESCRIPTIONS
PARKOUR Nano Parkour - ages 6-8 Kids Parkour - ages 9-14 In Parkour camp, we'll be focusing on and building upon the basic skills of Parkour: jumping, balancing, quadrupedal movement, vaults, and swinging. The last day of week-long camps will culminate in a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course.
AERIAL SILKS Aerial Silks all levels - ages 9-14 In Aerial Silks camp, we'll be learning the foundational skills (such as climbing, spinning, silk knots & locks, etc) to build upon and choreograph an aerial dance routine. Students will build strength, flexibility, and fluidity together while they learn aerial choreography.
DANCE & DANCE TEAMS Dance all levels - ages 9-14 or 15+ In dance camps, we will be starting from the ground up and working on fun dance choreography! We also have DANCE TEAM camps which are camps designed to be a preview of what it's like to join one of our dance teams!

Camps run Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm (parkour) or 9am-12:30pm (aerial silks). Check out the list of weeks below to choose from!

FAQ, Policies, Important Notes

Can I sign up for a partial week?

Our camps run Monday through Friday. We do not allow partial enrollment. If you can't make a day of camp, there are no makeup days or partial refunds/credits.
​
What should campers bring/wear? Are there meals?

We allot time for lunch/snack breaks, so please provide a snack as well as a water bottle that can be refilled as needed at our water fountain. Half-day (9am-12:30pm) camps include snack breaks only. Full-day (9am-4pm) camps include snack breaks in addition to a longer lunch break.

For parkour, students will need comfortable exercise clothes and shoes they can jump around in - please no crocs/sandals/boots/etc. Students will only take their shoes off during certain times (trampoline/foam pit).

For aerial silks, students will need clothing as tight as they're comfortable in. Long sleeves and long leggings are recommended. Shirts should at least cover armpits. Shorts/capris are not recommended. NO zippers, jewelry, or anything that can catch on the silks, and please avoid perfumes and lotions. Students will be barefoot.

We do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or store credit for any days unattended for any reason.
