Welcome to Nerf Night! Ages 9+ only Use your parkour skills to gain the high ground! We have nerf guns and eye protection, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

Join this parkour workshop to learn your backflip and backflip progressions! NO experience needed. This workshop is best for absolute beginners! 6:30pm-8pm Adults/ages 15+

Always wanted to try circus arts but not sure where to start? Can't decide between apparatuses? Try our 2-hour intro to aerial workshop to try both lyra (aerial hoop) and tissu (aerial silk)! We'll be learning the fundamental skills to get you started on your aerial journey. Students will work on conditioning and stretches, how to safely get in and out of the apparatus, climbing, inversions, and basic tricks and poses! Adult workshop for ages 15+.
